JK Endurance is a triathlon coaching service here to help every athlete reach their potential. With over 20 years of teaching and coaching background, I have come to the conclusion that the key ingredient to success in endurance racing is simplicity and consistency. Every athlete takes on the challenge of triathlon for different reasons and my goal is to apply the principles of training to let you enjoy the journey and go after those goals.
My experiences as an athlete and a coach have allowed me to develop an effective coaching style that prioritizes the coach/athlete relationship. Writing a good research based training plan is important and part of my program but the real growth will occur when the athletes commit to the process.
